Santa’s Academy – The centre of Christmas fun in the city! Opens 1 December 2023

Kids, adults, families and friends, come on into Santa’s Academy for arts and crafts workshops, before or after your shopping and eating. Write that all important postcard to Santa and post it in our letterbox to the North Pole. Stop into our gift-wrapping stations supporting Ronald McDonald House to prepare your purchases with ribbons, gift tags, and love.

There are Christmas workshops for Adult and kids with free and paid workshops available.

Every one of these sessions spread the spirit of Christmas and help you gift yourself ways to channel your creativity – while walking away with cute keepsakes to hang in your home your give to that special someone.

Don’t miss Santa’s Academy launch weekend, on 2 December – 24 December. There’s postcard writing (with an elf!) and workshops on the Friday night, weekends plus mid-week sessions. Workshops will run daily until 24 December.

Christmas Build a Bear workshop – Only $10

Become Santa’s favourite elf and build your very own Christmas bear. Receive a pre-stuffed furry friend, birth certificate, colouring in sheets and games/activities.

All sessions run for approximately 1 hour. Please ensure you are punctual as all sessions will commence promptly at the stated start time. If you are late to a session you may miss out on certain elements of the activity.

Although we allocate as much stock as possible, we can not guarantee certain styles of bears, as we operate on a first come first serve basis.

Clothing and accessories will be available for additional sale and are not included in the ticket.

Christmas Story time for bubs, toddlers & pre-schoolers with Adelaide Library

Calling all parents with little ones! We invite you and your adorable babies, toddlers, and preschoolers to join the festive fun with Adelaide City Library’s Christmas reading session in our enchanting Santa’s Academy.
