Puddle Jumpers Winter Appeal: Collecting Donations at the Myer Centre

Monday 24 – Sunday 30 June – Ground Floor

As the winter chill settles in, many in our community find themselves struggling to stay warm. This year, Puddle Jumpers is launching a Winter Appeal to collect essential items to help those in need. We invite you to join us at the Myer Centre this week to contribute to this important cause.

How You Can Help

To ensure everyone stays warm and well-fed during these cold months, we are seeking donations of the following items:

  • Clothing: Scarves, beanies, gloves, coats, jackets, jumpers, socks and rain boots
  • Household Items: Thermos, blankets and keep cups,
  • Food: Long-life warming foods such as soups, tinned goods, and milks. Pasta, noodles and cereal.

Every item you donate will make a significant difference in someone’s life. Your contributions can provide warmth and comfort to those who might otherwise face the harsh winter without adequate protection.

Why Your Help Matters

Winter can be a particularly tough time for vulnerable members of our community. Many are left out in the cold without the basic necessities to keep warm. By donating to the Puddle Jumpers Winter Appeal, you are directly supporting efforts to provide essential items to those in need.

Join Us at the Myer Centre

Puddle Jumpers will be on ground floor of the Myer Centre all week from 24th till 30th June 9.30am – 2.30pm, ready to collect your generous donations. Spread the word to your colleagues, friends, and family, and encourage them to participate in this collective effort. Together, we can make a significant impact and ensure that no one is left out in the cold.

Let’s come together to show our community spirit and compassion. Your donations, whether big or small, will bring warmth and hope to many lives this winter. Thank you for thinking of those who are cold tonight and for your continued support of Puddle Jumpers.
